WHAT KIND OF PRIVATE LABEL/ PERSONALISATION SERVICE DO YOU OFFER?

We offer two options that allow for various levels of personalisation:

Ready-Made Collection:

Choose a watch from our ready-made collection. These watches are in stock and are available within a short period of time.

Personalisation possibilities:

  1. Dial (watch face):
  • Printed logo or brand name
  • Raised/ superimposed logo in shiny silver or gold (min. order quantity 100pcs.)
  • Custom made dial such as photo dials, custom colours, etc. (min. order quantity 200pcs.)
  1. Laser engraving on the case back
  2. Laser engraving on the side of the case
  3. Laser engraving on the crown
  4. Laser engraving on the buckle of the leather strap or on the clasp of the metal bracelet
  5. Hot stamp of the backside of the leather strap
  6. Laser engraving of movement rotor (automatic watches only)
  7. Packaging: Logo print on the watch box

Custom made watches:

We design, develop and produce your watch from scratch according to your specifications (min. order quantity 500 pcs.).

I NEED HELP FIGURING OUT WHAT KIND OF PERSONALISATION SERVICE IS BEST FOR ME

In order to provide our customers with the perfect personalised private label watches, a dedicated contact person will guide you through the entire process: From the first design to the finished personalised watch. 

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE A NON-BINDING OFFER AND A DESIGN PROPOSAL?

With every offer, we include a free design proposal when interested in a watch model from our ready-made collection. Additional designs will be charged upon agreement.

This is how to proceed:

  1. Go to chronowatch/en/ready-made-watch-collection and select the watch model you are interested in.
  2. Add the watch to the enquiry basket and proceed to the checkout.
  3. At the checkout upload your logo or brand name. In order to be able to provide you with a design, please upload the logo/brand name as a high-resolution JPG file or preferably as a vectorised EPS file.

 

DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM QUANTITY PER ORDER?

For projects based on the ready-made collection, we accept orders from 25 pcs. per model for quartz watches and 10 pcs per model for automatic watches. When developing from scratch, a minimum of 500 pieces per model is required.

 

HOW CAN YOUR PRICING BE COMPETITIVE WHILST OFFERING SMALL MINIMUM QUANTITIES?

It’s our aim to provide our customers with the best possible price-quality ratio. Thanks to many years of buying experience and long-standing relationships with our suppliers we are able to offer custom made watches at the best possible price while keeping the quality at high Swiss Made standards.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE SAMPLE WATCHES BEFORE DECIDING TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Absolutely! Working sample watches from the ready-made collection can be purchased at any time. Please note that these bear our own logo.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR PRIVATE LABEL WATCHES TO BE DELIVERED?

Once the order has been placed, it takes about 3 to 5 weeks to complete a project based on a watch from our existing private label collection. If you wish for custom dials, straps or other forms of special personalisation, longer production times are needed.

For a project that requires a watch to be developed from scratch, it takes approximately six to eight months.

 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver private label watches world-wide.

 

HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE WATCHES?

Your watches will be packed in the chosen watch box and double packed into strong exportation cartons. When we receive the payment we will produce and then ship your order.

 

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Once both parties have agreed on the design proposal and order quantity you will receive an order confirmation for prepayment.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

During the process of designing your watch, the order can be changed at any time. However, once we started the production process changes are only possible on mutual agreement.

 

HOW DO THE AFTER-SALES SERVICE AND WARRANTY WORK?

All the private label watches manufactured by Chrono AG come with a 2-year international warranty. In case of a defect during this time period your watch will be repaired free of charge. We provide a global network of repair centres. If repairing a watch is not possible in a certain country, we will repair the watch at our headquarters in Solothurn, Switzerland.

 

WHAT DEFECTS ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

  1. Damages caused by the incorrect, excessive or unusual use
  2. Battery
  3. Crown
  4. Watch strap
  5. Unauthorised repair

 

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY CONTACT DETAILS?

Your privacy is very important to us. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. All details concerning your personal details and your business as well as our business transaction is securely maintained and kept strictly confidential. We do not, and will not, sell or rent our customer lists to any other companies.
