We Create Watches

Chrono AG has been designing and producing Swiss Made private label watches since 1981. These are watches that carry a brand as beautifully as they keep time. With a broad in-house team and decades of know-how, we can bring almost any design to life. Your company name, a product image or your logo travels the world in style, worn by the people who matter most to you, on watches they can count on. Our clients include well-known brands and companies across banking, automotive, telecoms, hotels, clubs and associations. Because discretion matters to us, we show only a few examples of our work here.

A Historic Home

Our headquarters in Solothurn sits within walls that carry more than a century of Swiss watchmaking history. Built in 1915/1916 by watch manufacturer Stadler-Bouché, the building soon became home to one of Switzerland’s first watchmaking schools, which trained generations of watchmakers until 2002. When the school moved to larger premises, Chrono AG took over the building and, with a full renovation in 2003, brought it up to modern industry standards. Today it houses every one of our departments, from design and production to sales, marketing and logistics, so we can work hand in hand at every stage.

Swiss Made

From the first design to the finished product, every step happens at our headquarters in Solothurn. In the spirit of the Swiss watchmaking tradition, we build all our watches to the official Swiss Made standards, a mark of true craftsmanship, technical know-how, innovation and design.

Our Workshops

Careful handwork is at the heart of what we do. Our watchmakers are highly trained professionals, and every watch is assembled, checked and packaged by hand. A Chrono AG watch passes through many steps before it reaches the world, from choosing components and printing the dial to assembly, engraving the caseback, quality control and packaging. We check quality at every stage, and each watch is thoroughly tested for function and water resistance, along with a close visual inspection. For accuracy, we use only high-quality movements from the Swiss makers ETA, Ronda and Sellita.
