Your privacy is very important to us. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. All details concerning your personal information and your business, as well as our business transactions, are kept strictly confidential.

All the private label watches manufactured by Chrono AG come with a 2-year international warranty. In case of a defect during this time period your watch will be repaired free of charge. We provide a full after-sales service.
During the process of designing your watch, the order can be changed at any time. However, once we have started the production process, changes are only possible on mutual agreement.
Once both parties have agreed on the design proposal and order quantity you will receive an order confirmation for prepayment.
Your watches will be packed in the chosen watch box and double packed into strong exportation cartons. When we receive the payment we will produce and then ship your order.
We deliver private label watches world-wide.
Once the order has been placed, it takes about 3 to 5 weeks to complete a project based on a watch from our existing private label collection. If you wish for custom dials, straps or other forms of special personalisation, the delivery time may be longer.
Absolutely! Working sample watches from the ready-made collection can be purchased at any time. Please note that these bear our own logo.
It's our aim to provide our customers with the best possible price-quality ratio. Thanks to many years of buying experience and long-standing relationships with our suppliers, we are able to offer custom watches at the best possible price whilst keeping quality to high Swiss Made standards.
For projects based on the ready-made collection, we accept orders from 25 pcs. per model for quartz watches and 10 pcs. per model for automatic watches. When developing from scratch, a minimum of 500 pcs. applies.
With every offer, we include a free design proposal when interested in a watch model from our ready-made collection. Additional designs will be charged upon agreement. This is how to proceed:
- Go to the Ready-Made collection page and select the watch model you are interested in.
- Add the watch to the enquiry basket and proceed to the checkout.
- At the checkout upload your logo or brand name so we can prepare your design proposal.
In order to provide our customers with the perfect personalised private label watches, a dedicated contact person will guide you through the entire process: from the first design to the finished personalised watch.
We offer two options that allow for various levels of personalisation:
Ready-Made Collection: Choose a watch from our ready-made collection. These watches are in stock and are available within a short period of time. Personalisation possibilities:
- Dial (watch face): printed logo or brand name; raised/superimposed logo in shiny silver or gold (min. order quantity 100 pcs.); custom made dial such as photo dials, custom colours, etc. (min. order quantity 200 pcs.)
- Laser engraving on the case back
- Laser engraving on the side of the case
- Laser engraving on the crown
- Laser engraving on the buckle of the leather strap or on the clasp of the metal bracelet
- Hot stamp of the backside of the leather strap
- Laser engraving of movement rotor (automatic watches only)
- Packaging: logo print on the watch box
